Step 1: Check Eligibility

Before initiating a return, ensure the following conditions are met:

- The product was received within the past 14 days.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- The packaging remains unopened.
- The product is unused and undamaged.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
- The order didn't involve a Pallet shipment.

Products not meeting these criteria won't qualify for return.

Step 2: Reach Out to Us

Prior to sending back the item, get in touch with us at perfectkeyshop@outlook.com. A representative from PerfectKeyShop.com will furnish you with essential details, including the return address.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Return the product in its original packaging, along with a copy of the Return Authorization (RA) email, to the address supplied by our customer service. Please be aware that PerfectKeyShop.com isn't accountable for return shipping costs or logistics. Customers assume the risk for any loss or damage during transit to and from PerfectKeyShop.com. Return freight charges for shipping errors, transit damages, or unforeseen events beyond our control won't be covered. Shipping fees related to returns are non-refundable.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund

Expect your refund within four weeks from the date you return your item. Although many refunds are processed more quickly, we estimate four weeks to allow for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our return facility (up to 5 business days), and bank or credit card company processing (up to 5 business days). Refunds are credited to the original payment method. After processing your return, an email with your refund information will be dispatched. Please note that all refunds are subject to deductions, such as a 25% restocking fee.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, notify us immediately for assistance.

Pallet Shipping

Full Pallet Shipments are not returnable. Before ordering a full pallet, contact info perfectkeyshop.com to confirm compatibility with your requirements.
